Fantastic read, Chris! I think lawyers are more like software developers than a lot of people realize. If you don't bring your tools to where they already spend most of their day (eg. Word for lawyers), it makes adoption difficult. We're centring our automation functionality at Rally more and more around Word (and Word online) as well.
